The 360 approach
A truly circular system
At Quetzalli, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our 360 degree approach combines tradition, innovation and environmental responsibility to create a truly circular system.
From cultivation to harvest we avoid pesticides and chemicals, nourishing our agaves with organic fertiliser made from compost created by worms. Our closed-loop waste management system turns production byproducts into resources, protecting the land while ensuring the purity of the tequila.
We also ensure the water used in production and dilution comes from our private deep well source, preserving public resources and maintaining high standards of purity.
Our process was awarded the Environmentally Responsible Agave (ARA) certification for our commitment to sustainable farming and biodiversity.

Nothing is wasted
This closed-loop system minimises environmental impact and ensures nothing goes to waste. Everything goes back to the land.
Transformed
The waste is broken down by special worms that convert the organic material into reusable compost, rich in nutrients and 100% organic.
