The house

Quetzalli reveals what tequila can become when it meets France's greatest terroirs. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and distilled in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico. Matured entirely in ex red wine, white wine and spirits casks from the most prestigious regions of France: an entirely new expression of tequila. Our inaugural release, Reposado Classic, is presented as a Single Barrel Collection. Three individual casks, each distinguished by its own Quetzalcoatl signature. Every bottle is handcrafted in ceramic, kiln-fired, and meticulously hand-painted by master Mexican artisans before being individually numbered.

Reservation terms

  • No payment today. When the presale opens in November 2026, you will be contacted to confirm your reservation and choose your desired bottle number.

  • Delivery from December 2026. For Reposado Limited we make contact in January 2027 for its presale, arriving February 2027. Delivery is included in Ile-de-France.

  • Reservation without obligation. Each year, Quetzalli creates new editions in new exceptional casks.
