The house

Quetzalli reveals what tequila can become when it meets France's greatest terroirs. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and distilled in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico. Matured entirely in ex-Pauillac Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux, Sauternes and Grand Marnier casks: an entirely new expression of tequila. Our inaugural release, Reposado Classic, is presented as a Single Barrel Collection. Three individual casks, each distinguished by its own Quetzalcoatl signature. Every bottle is handcrafted in ceramic, kiln-fired, and meticulously hand-painted by master Mexican artisans before being individually numbered.

Reservation terms

  • No payment today. When the presale opens in September 2026, you will be contacted to confirm your reservation and choose your desired bottle number.

  • Delivery from October 2026. For Reposado Limited we make contact in January 2027 for its presale, arriving February 2027. Delivery is included in Ile-de-France.

  • Reservation without obligation. Each year, Quetzalli creates new editions in new exceptional casks.

How to reserve

Reservations are confirmed in order of receipt, until 15 October 2026. No payment is required until the presale opens. You may also return a signed copy of the printed form to info@quetzallitequila.com.
