Tasting notes
- Color : Pale and luminous yellow.
- Nose : Crisp and dry, soft citrus, honey, spice and toasted notes.
- Palate : Direct and structured, led by oak, with good tension and lightly vinous character.
- Finish : Dry and clean, the agave gradually returning.
Bottled at 38% ABV in a hand-painted ceramic bottles from Tonala, Jalisco. 700 ml.

Serving
Serve neat at 16 degrees in a tulip glass, so the agave and the oak have room to open. No ice, no rush.
Provenance
Distilled at Destiladora Agave Azul in San Juanito de Escobedo, Jalisco, from single-estate blue Weber agave grown in volcanic soil.
