Tasting notes
- Color : Deep Amber
- Nose : Round and warm, combining raspberry, cocoa and a subtle touch of vanilla.
- Palate : Supple and smooth, lively acidity and notes of dried fig, prune and finely integrated oak.
- Finish : Long, expressive and led by agave.
Bottled at 38% ABV in a hand-painted ceramic bottles from Tonala, Jalisco. 700 ml.

Serving
Serve neat at 16 degrees in a tulip glass, so the agave and the oak have room to open. No ice, no rush.
Provenance
Distilled at Destiladora Agave Azul in San Juanito de Escobedo, Jalisco, from single-estate blue Weber agave grown in volcanic soil.
